Hunar Haat originated from Ministry of Minority Affairs in the year 2016. In 2017, Graphisads Conceptualized and Designed this logo, which was appreciated by Ministry.
In short span of 5 years this logo and event have become popular across the country.
Our Journey and Learning:
- Till date Graphisads has successfully executed more than 30 hunar Haats Pan India
- Being their EMA, our role primarily is conceptualizing, planning and executing the complete event which involves designing, fabrication, production, logistics, decoration, celebrity management, promotion (outdoor, media, social, press), VIP/VVIP management (travel, lodging-boarding), fire/traffic/crowd/security, sanitization, covid protocols, et al.
- We started with 100 stalls with budget of 70-80 lacs
- Now its gone upto 400 stalls with budget 3-4 cr.
- For every Hunar Haat we have 10-12 Celebrities performing and its all arranged by Graphisads.
- Each Hunar Haat garners a sale of 20-25 crores for Artisans.
- The response from Tier 2/3 cities is much more. For example cities like Rampur, Surat, Vrindavan etc
- All the Hunar Haats during past one year of Covid Times were organized successfully as per government protocols
- We have the capacity to organize 2 parallel Hunar Haats – e.g. Vrindavan and Delhi
