Graphisads organized an exhibition for NTPC, at Raipur, Chhattisgarh from 01/01/2015 to 06/01/2015 and other associated works as per the scope of given work and terms & conditions. The entire arrangement of the launch event and the A to Z of exhibition was executed by the Event Division of Graphisads.

Execution

NTPC participated in Chhattisgarh Day and Graphisads effectively organized an exhibition for NTPC at Raipur, which included:

  • Printing and displaying 35 digital laminated digital posters at venue finalized by NTPC.
  • Octanom/ wall structure for mounting of 100 sq. mt area.
  • Branding gates at entry venue, laptop on hiring basis, reception desk, wall mounted LCD TV of 42”, Sound Systems, Scroller, Brochure stand, supervision, Digital banners containing information on the exhibition for display outside the venue.
  • Arrangements of sitting areas, good quality Sofa Set, with tea, coffee, refreshments, mineral water.
  • To organize photography & videography for all 7 days.
